Terms and Conditions
- All pricing is per day and subject to availability.
- Minimum rental period is 24 hours for vans; our pricing is based on 8am pickup and 8am dropoff.
- All rentals include insurance (subject to excess) and breakdown cover.
- A mileage cap of 250 miles for one day's hire, then 125 miles per day thereafter. A maximum of 1000 miles per week before an excess mileage charge of 15p per mile is added.
- Additional drivers are free of charge.
- Deposits are required on all rentals.
- Our insurance covers people aged from 25 to 69.
- Fuel must be the same amount when returned as when the vehicle goes out; please note we do not offer refunds on overfill.
- We do not hire out to couriers or multidrop.
- The customer is fully liable for punctures, damaged windscreens, or any damage to the vehicle.
- If the vehicle is stolen whilst in the customer's possession, you may be liable for the full cost of replacement and any loss of hire. Theft is not covered by us under any circumstances.
- Our vehicles are under no circumstances allowed out of the UK.
